Vance wrote in his email this week: You've got questions, we've got answers. Due to the overwhelming curiosity about new products, enhancements, and the re-structuring of our prices, I've asked a few folks from San Antonio to share their notes and knowledge. Please be ready with as many questions as you can think of so we can best educate each other.

Sailing from San Antonio

Hurricane Jessica blew and blew and yet the sails of several hundred wellness consultants remained steadfast as we set our course with the Newer Nikken 2.0. Yes, the new Kenko Naturest Mattress Toppers and Pillows will change the way we sleep, whether at home or across the seven seas. And sure, the True Elements Marine Organic Skincare will rejuvenate and protect our skin from the raging waters and brutal elements that mother nature throws our way, BUT it's what's ahead that had this crew declaring, 'We will chart a new course as we discover a whole new world!'.

All nautical terminology aside, there truly is an amazing opportunity ahead for each of us who want to utilize our amazing products AND share them with others. As Ben Woodward shared, 'We'll have the best products in the industry at really good retail prices'. Nikken is taking the lead with a concept that has yet to be seen to give us maximum leverage.

As we look forward to uncharted waters, get ready on November 2nd to push your vessel several knots faster than you've sailed before. It's smooth waters ahead with an opportunity to expand our exposure of these amazing solutions at attractive prices which should have our ships overflowing with passengers. Our ships are sailing!

October 22-25, 2015 News from San Antonio

News From San Antonio

Notes sent to Steve from Vance:

Here's what I got from last [Thursday] night:

Bernadette McBurnie's talk
91% of customers say they will give referrals Only 11% of salespeople ask for referrals -Dale Carnegie

The answer to the question that's never asked is 'no'

Our purpose: Meet people I want to be around. Visit stores or businesses that seem interesting.

Live my life and meet people[at] Meetup, Craig's List, social media. The purpose is not to immediately share Nikken, but to build relationships

William Todd
What is my why? The how will come later, the why has to be established now.

Ben Woodward
The environment of which we live creates. Regardless of how strong the belief, it does not create a correct principle. The biggest stumbling block is my belief in myself.

Vance wrote in his email this week: Live from San Antonio! Get the latest regarding six new products, two new technologies, web enhancements, and so much more. Let your team know that if they can't be at the Nikken International Field Convention this weekend, then I'm gonna do my best to bring the event through the phone lines. I promise to divulge as much as I can and leave time for Q&A.

A Purpose-Driven Business

More than 80% of people join Nikken as a Consultant or a Customer because of our life-changing products. I truly believe that this takes place because someone who is living the Humans Being More philosophy cared enough to share Nikken with them. This is that purpose.

When we are driven to do something, whatever the end goal, a sense of passion is fused into our being. People sense it and they either join us or run the other direction because they're afraid of rocking their boat of 'status quo'. Being part of Nikken has definitely expanded my purpose in so many ways.

This year we've been talking about The New Nikken or Nikken 2.0. What will be unveiled this weekend will be what I'm referring to the Newer Nikken 2.0. If you're looking for a sense of purpose to drive your business or simply improve your ability to share your experience with others, it's about to be radically improved. Plug-in and I think you'll have a fresh approach to a whole new world of wellness like we haven't seen before. Both the physical and the financial aspects of being a Wellness Consultant with Nikken are about to explode!

Ready, Fire, Aim

The first time I heard those words in that order I remember the concept that Ruth Williams taught me and others. We can accomplish more with passion than we can with focus and serious pondering. The anxiousness I feel right now about what is coming our way is about to make me go nuts.

It's the comments I keep hearing from those in the know or those who are actually using products being introduced next week. It's the anticpation of every Wellness Consultant having a website after November 1st. It's knowing what we get to re-introduce an entirely new set of prices to our Customers. All these things should have us firing in more directions than we ever have before.

We can aim later. Let's band together and start firing.

I found this article validating to what most of us have been enjoying for years

October 10, 2015 Rogers Team Kaizen Call #34

Listen to October 10, 2015 Call   Vance wrote in has email this week: Clarification is greatly needed during any season of change. When I look outside at the leaves on the trees, I know that in a few weeks the east wind is going to start blowing and those leaves will be on the ground ready for me to remove. While I thought I had all the Nikken changes figured out, I've come to discover that there were a few that needed clarification. I want to address these as well as share some ways that we're already implementing to totally embrace the exciting changes coming our way both in November and January.

'Is this supposed to be fun?' (Hudson-age 5)

Volunteering in a Kindergarten leaves little room for boredom. Conducting math assessments with young people who are at the very beginning of their education is rewarding in ways that I cannot even describe.

I kept hearing Hudson's question in my mind while on the phone, texting, sending emails and during my appointments this week. If there was something that wasn't necessarily fun at first, then I'd find a way to make it fun.

Counting to a hundred may not be fun for a five year old and neither are a lot of the things that we get to do during our normal routine. If there's not a way to make it fun, then maybe we need to consider switching tasks or not do it at all. After all, one-third of our life is spent working so we might need to find a way to make it enjoyable. We don't need to be like the 15% of Americans that consider quitting their jobs every week."

'An un-examined life is not worth living'. - Plato

Rachel Dayton was one of the field leaders who contributed to the leadership call this week.  'I've become a better person since Ben Woodward took the helm as president.  I'm challenging myself more and the payoff has been huge.'

I couldn't agree with her more.  When we daily examine what we're doing and seek ways to increase the output, then life seems to continually get better.

This is what Kaizen is all about.  The more we get out there and seek ways to impact others, the more we get out of life.  With some significant changes coming our way during the next few months, this is a very rewarding time to increase the exposure of Nikken.  I wanna be one who inspects my life every day so I can leave a little piece of me with others that cross my path.
