Listen to Call with Shirley Jones [Brand] December 26, 2015  Vance Writes:  Shirley Jones [Brand] didn’t have time to figure out the complexity of Nikken.  She was willing to accept it for what it could do rather than wait around and analyze it.  Shirley didn’t have a choice when she was told that her mom wouldn’t ever leave the facility where she was.  After all, a coma isn’t something that people just bounce out of.

This was about the same time that Shirley discovered Nikken and she just knew that this would be the trick to saving her ‘mum’.  I guarantee that Shirley’s journey with the Nikken solutions isn’t the norm, but it could be if we could muster a fraction of her determination.  She’s faced some pretty huge struggles and knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that no one is too far gone to let the simplicity of Nikken bring them back.  And bring them back she has.  If her mother’s story isn’t enough, wait till you hear how she had to kidnap her husband from the hospital that said he was going to die from heart related issues.

A baby? Why a small child when the culture needs a king? This wasn’t what the people of Israel were waiting for 2000 years ago and yet God can start a revolution from the feeblest of things. He can change the course of history with a whisper rather than a shout.

The story of Christmas has continued to be a mystery to those who attempt to complicate its simplicity. It’s much like those who can’t accept intregative wellness as the body heals itself because there must be something more complicated.

The gift of Christmas and the gift of Nikken are very similar. Both are complex and yet both are so simple. Both have the potential to transform lives and both can be overlooked in an instant. My prayer on this Christmas Eve is that we can see both in their simplicity and complexity at the same time. After all, the real joy of Christmas and Nikken is not when we figure them all out, but when we get to share them with others and let them make a decision for themselves.

"While we took a little deviation from our regular format, I’ve discovered that the majority of our audience tunes in for the interviews and amazing product stories. If you’ve not participated in awhile, whether live or via the recordings, I encourage you to tune in. The first 30 minutes is a guest sharing their Nikken journey and then we open up the lines for Q&A during the second half hour. I also make it a point to download as much intel as possible about products, enhancements or anything else that will make our job easier to share Nikken.

This weekend we have an incredible gal joining us again. Elaine Connelly is more than just a nurse, she’s the ‘go to’ nurse for me when I have anything that I can’t figure out what’s best. As a 23 year cancer survivor, she is able to understand the challenge of this disease and share integrative solutions for survival. Her specialty is providing help for adults, children and pets. What I’m most excited about is hearing Elaine share her recent results with Nikken after undergoing major heart surgery.

‘If Opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door’. - Milton Berle

While I don’t have the current statistics in front of me, I know that opportunity has been knocking at an accelerated rate lately for those of us who are taking advantage of the restructured prices. We’re not waiting, we built a door and we’ve flung it wide open for people to walk through. Just today, two of our new Customers referred me to more of their friends because they’re so excited about the results of their investment in Nikken products. 

In the presentation by Art Jonak titled ‘A Case For Customers’, he points out that Customers are more likely to share their experience with others because they’re not expecting anything in return. They simply what their friends to experience what they’re excited about. This sometimes isn’t the case for those of us as Consultants because we might be frustrated due to our monthly purchases being more than our last commission check. The fastest way to change this is to gather a few more Customers. And with our 25% commission, it doesn’t take but a few Customers to establish a healthy check.

Across the board there was a surge of growth among customers which will set us on the path of prosperity. '$49 for a new back?'

This was the question posed to me by a high school classmate of mine as he shared with me the years of agony he's experienced.  'I can't promise you anything, but for $49, what do you have to lose?' was my response. He smiled real big and we set a time to meet.

The recent re-structuring of our prices gives us a greater degree of confidence when sharing. I've always known what the products have done for millions of people worldwide, but it seems to be easier to be a little more confident when someone finds out that for less than a $50 bill they might be able to get relief from a back issue. I know that the MagFlex was totally worth the $101 retail, but think how many more people will go for it at half that price?

I like the phrase that Julie Clark has been using lately...'Our company is doing so good that they decided to re-structure the prices and pass on the savings to the customers.'  Although we never make medical claims, I think the proof is in the lives that have been helped. We have been doing good for 40 years and now it’s time to impact more with these great prices."

Vance wrote in his weekly email:  A month ago the McDonald's corporation joined what several of their competitors have been doing already. Offer chemical filled breakfast items all day long. Why did they do this? Because they know that every customer that they can woo in their doors is worth $11,000 profit over the course of that persons lifetime. So why not give them more options?

Nikken has taken a similar approach this week with a MAJOR price re-structuring. Amazing products(with no chemicals) at really great retail prices. I wanna explore and hear what we are doing to woo our customers through our shopping doors. Every Consultant now has a free webpage. Are you driving your contacts there? If not, why? Some of us are going nuts with this and the #'s are stacking up.

Macy's products at Walmart prices

They sat there like a ripe ready Georgia peach or an Oregon apple waiting to be plucked. A brand new pair of Sketcher's, size 9 1/2 with laces attached. I quickly grabbed them, removed my mSteps, placed them inside, laced them up and finished my shopping at my favorite thrift store, Salvation Army. Now getting my foot up onto the check-out counter with the price tag attached was another task all together.

I may have gotten carried away with my $8 score for a brand new pair of shoes, but it wasn't until I did a quick look on the company website did I realize how great of a score this was. The same shoes sell for $56!

Nikken has embarked on something equivalent to a thrift store find like mine but on a much more grand scale. Something that has NEVER been accomplished in network marketing history: Offer amazing products at really great retail prices. The back magnet that changed my Dad's life after 19 years of agony including surgery cost him $72 and today we can buy the improved version for only $49 retail. A water system that allows us to use water right from the tap even when our community is under a boil water alert used to cost around $400 with shipping and is now less than $250 retail. These prices for Nikken solutions are just crazy!

I was just asked by one of our long-time international consultants, 'long will these prices last?'

Welcome to the ‘Newer Nikken 2.0'. A network marketing model that will soon be the envy of other companies around the world. Amazing life altering products at really good retail prices.

Hurricane Jessica blew and blew and yet the sails of several hundred wellness consultants remained steadfast as we set our course with the Newer Nikken 2.0. A Purpose-Driven Business

More than 80% of people join Nikken as a Consultant or a Customer because of our life-changing products. I truly believe that this takes place because someone who is living the Humans Being More philosophy cared enough to share Nikken with them. This is that purpose.

When we are driven to do something, whatever the end goal, a sense of passion is fused into our being. People sense it and they either join us or run the other direction because they're afraid of rocking their boat of 'status quo'. Being part of Nikken has definitely expanded my purpose in so many ways.

This year we've been talking about The New Nikken or Nikken 2.0. What will be unveiled this weekend will be what I'm referring to the Newer Nikken 2.0. If you're looking for a sense of purpose to drive your business or simply improve your ability to share your experience with others, it's about to be radically improved. Plug-in and I think you'll have a fresh approach to a whole new world of wellness like we haven't seen before. Both the physical and the financial aspects of being a Wellness Consultant with Nikken are about to explode!

Ready, Fire, Aim

The first time I heard those words in that order I remember the concept that Ruth Williams taught me and others. We can accomplish more with passion than we can with focus and serious pondering. The anxiousness I feel right now about what is coming our way is about to make me go nuts.

It's the comments I keep hearing from those in the know or those who are actually using products being introduced next week. It's the anticpation of every Wellness Consultant having a website after November 1st. It's knowing what we get to re-introduce an entirely new set of prices to our Customers. All these things should have us firing in more directions than we ever have before. 

We can aim later. Let's band together and start firing.

When I look outside at the leaves on the trees, I know that in a few weeks the east wind is going to start blowing and those leaves will be on the ground ready for me to remove. While I thought I had all the Nikken changes figured out, I've come to discover that there were a few that needed clarification. I want to address these as well as share some ways that we're already implementing to totally embrace the exciting changes coming our way both in November and January.

"October 9th, 2015 

'Is this supposed to be fun?' (Hudson-age 5)

Volunteering in a Kindergarten leaves little room for boredom. Conducting math assessments with young people who are at the very beginning of their education is rewarding in ways that I cannot even describe.

I kept hearing Hudson's question in my mind while on the phone, texting, sending emails and during my appointments this week. If there was something that wasn't necessarily fun at first, then I'd find a way to make it fun.

Counting to a hundred may not be fun for a five year old and neither are a lot of the things that we get to do during our normal routine. If there's not a way to make it fun, then maybe we need to consider switching tasks or not do it at all. After all, one-third of our life is spent working so we might need to find a way to make it enjoyable. We don't need to be like the 15% of Americans that consider quitting their jobs every week."

"October 1st, 2015

'An un-examined life is not worth living'. - Plato

Rachel Dayton was one of the field leaders who contributed to the leadership call this week.  'I've become a better person since Ben Woodward took the helm as president.  I'm challenging myself more and the payoff has been huge.'

I couldn't agree with her more.  When we daily examine what we're doing and seek ways to increase the output, then life seems to continually get better.  

This is what Kaizen is all about.  The more we get out there and seek ways to impact others, the more we get out of life.  With some significant changes coming our way during the next few months, this is a very rewarding time to increase the exposure of Nikken.  I wanna be one who inspects my life every day so I can leave a little piece of me with others that cross my path.

Are you ready?

Next Thursday starts a whole new cycle for Nikken.  There is a sense of expectation brewing for October 1st almost like Christmas morning for a young child.  Well, maybe it’s not that strong, but it's definitely starting a groundswell.

Ben Woodward will kick off the month with a special call for Platinums & above and then we'll have the regular Field Kick-Off call at 6:00 that night.  If you're interested in having the best intel to share Nikken with others, then this call will be a must.

Based on what Ben shared last March in Orlando at the 40th anniversary convention, we're expecting some significant enhancements to the website and a simplification to the Quality Enrollment program.  And then later in the month in San Antonio we'll have some new products to really spice things up.

I think the key is letting both our Customers and Consultants know that new things are coming.  It's hard to imagine things much better than what we have, but research always improves both our product offering and the ability we have to present it to others.

These are two questions that I challenged myself with this week after taking part in the leadership call with Ben Woodward.  We've seen some fantastic growth and yet I still know that I can give more in order to gain more.

DUK - The Godfather of Attention Getters

Royal Diamond Herb Rapp describes Nikken's newest product this way due to its amazing ability to grab a persons attention within seconds.  I couldn’t agree more.  Yesterday while having breakfast with a friend, he asked me if the DUK would help with his arthritis in his shoulders.  Without even responding verbally, I simply removed two of the pre-cut pieces from my gear bag and applied them across his shoulders

About 45 seconds later, Doug put down his fork and with a look of intense amazement said, 'I'm sold!  How much does that cost, how long will it last and how soon can I get more?'

Having a few pieces of the DUK pre-cut in 3 to 4 inch pieces with the corners rounded is a fantastic business card.  Not everyone is going to have a response as fast as my friend, but most do.  The fun part is that we get to grab a persons attention quickly and expose them to the world of wellness solutions that we've come to know and love.

Patriot Day

It's been 14 years since nearly 3,000 people lost their lives because a few people decided to make an impact using terror as their weapon of choice.  While we pay tribute to those families, our family has a little different outlook on this 11th day of September.  Half-way around the globe in the country of Ethiopia they celebrate this day as their new year.  It's a completely different calendar than the one we're used to so most of their dates are shifted from ours.

When I introduce people to Nikken, I find myself talking about culture and the role it plays in the choices we make.  Our culture has been radically shifted because of events that took place 14 years ago.  Our family and many of you who are reading this have adapted our cultures due to the concept of Kaizen and what it means to live a life of self-improvement.

What can we do today to improve ourselves so that we can make a better contribution to those around us?  That's the question I find myself asking not only on this, Patriot Day, but every day when I rise from my Naturest Sleep System.  If I can tweak a few things, then not only will I help myself and my family, but I truly believe that I can contribute to those around me."

‘Done.  YOU GOT 1’

That text came through at 11:03 pm on the last day of August.  To be honest, I’d come to terms with where things were and felt comfortable with our month end totals.  I went to bed.  Leave it to a long-term friend like Steve Crofoot to kick me in the rear and not settle for what’s comfortable by pushing me a little further.

Steve and Carol have been friends of ours for years and he has labored endlessly creating, recording, posting, and doing just about everything to continue getting the message of Nikken out to others.  I’m just grateful to have friends that refer to me as their ‘non boss’ as we strive together impacting lives.  Steve’s the one who has taken a little known conference call like Saturday AM Live and developed it into the great weekly broadcast that it is.

Vance Shared in his weekly email: "Two great events took place last weekend.  The East Coast Healthy Lifestyle Expo in Virginia and the Leaders Being More training in Idaho.  Several people experienced life transformations at these events.  Hear from them as they share some of their pearls of wisdom.

August 27th, 2015 

John - I dropped 25 pounds in eight weeks and won the biggest loser competition at the Nabisco plant.  I started with one Vital Balance shake a day and then added a second as well as the Liver Support to detox my body.  I love the results and the energy is awesome.

Jim - Using the DUK tape on my injured big toe completely took away the bruising in a matter of hours.  Being a type 2 diabetic, I am always concerned with toes because several of my friends have lost theirs.

Engebrett - It was eight months that I hadn't slept through the night due to my shoulder injury.  The first night using those magnets and I don't remember anything except for waking up in the morning.

These are just three of the stories among dozens I heard from people that I got to know better during my trip to Virginia last weekend.  As each one shared, I had to think about the variety of lives that are completely altered as a result of Nikken's solutions.  We all have issues that we'd like to improve.  Nikken allows us to do this and sometimes in ways that are hard to fathom.


On the call today Vance Also Mentioned that today, Dave Johnson's Guest on the Call Of A Leader Call would be Brett Harward. Dave calls him a "thought-leader" and "influencer extraordinaire".

Recently Brett spoke at the Leaders Being More training at the beautiful Treasure Mountain Scout Campground at the base of the Grand Tetons. Brett gave an inspiring talk about the 5 laws intermingled with some great and entertaining stories that illustrated perfectly those laws at work.

August 15 and 22, 2015 Mentoring Calls

August 15, 2015 Mentoring Call  The success with the DUK Tape continues.

August 22, 2015 Mentoring Call   Some could say a 40% increase in volume could be due to product introduction.  That could be the case, but a $19 roll of tape just isn’t going to produce the numbers that we experienced in July.  There’s been a ground swelling over the last few months and it seems surge when we step up our game in several areas.  We’ll be discussing these and hearing from several who are experiencing steady growth.

August 13th, 2015 

July 2015 was a real milestone for Nikken.  About the third week I could feel something building but I really didn’t know how or what was causing it.  There was a surge amongst the people we were talking with and the numbers proved to be true in the end.

Just in the Rogers organization, we saw a 40% increase in volume!  Several of the members of Team Rogers were blown away by the amount of their commission checks because they just really didn’t know how much of an increase was taking place.  Was it the DUK?  I don’t think so.

Eric Worre refers to the concept of a Tipping Point when we are about to explode.  It’s when just enough people discover something that it really gets exciting.  I truly think we’re on that crest.
