What’s the target? This is a question that I ask myself on the first day of every month. If the center of the target is 1500 in Customer sales, the next ring out is 1000, and the outside ring is 500, I get to decide where I want my arrow to land by the end of the month.
In any sport, where we put our eye is where the ball is going to end up. Where we focus our aim is where the arrow will land. We can’t randomly say I’ll work hard and just see what happens. We have to be specific.
What’s your target this month? We saw an unprecedented increase in Customer growth in January. Seven times the normal acquisition of Customers. In February we were able to introduce a lot of people to Autoship. Where we go from here is completely up to us.
