Healthy Child, Healthy Home and An Autism Story on Saturday AM Live!

Ebony and Dana Combs

Ebony Combs realized that it wasn’t just one or two members of her home that needed Nikken products when she first discovered them, but her entire family. Her aging father, aunt, and special needs daughter ALL experienced a radical improvement. And while she could tell story after story, it’s the world of autism that I’ve asked her to share about. Simple things that some parents would take for granted, Ebony is more than grateful how her daughter has turned the corner of enjoying a childhood that is almost out of reach for kids with this condition.

Healthy Child, Healthy Home

In Kurt Fulle’s address to a group gathered in the Bay Area last weekend, he addressed the Wellness Home concept and challenged us to think about making wellness home starts. (Please read the Nikken blog posted last night.) When sharing Nikken with people, more often than not, we tend to focus on one aspect of wellness rather than the entire enchilada. This is totally normal!

I remember Roger Drummer years ago sharing that we can focus on healthy children and yet if the parents sacrifice their own well-being in the process, then the home cannot be healthy. We have to focus on the entire home. Water is a simple way to do this. Basic nutrition like Jade GreenZymes, Immunity, Lactoferrin, and KVB is crucial. Sleeping with the Cocoon as a throw or a Kenko Seat under a child can be revolutionary. With little changes, life can be transformed.

My wife, Stacey, has taught special needs children on and off for the last ten years. I refer to the school as a petrie dish. These kids bring diseases, bad habits, and every other thing to this environment because it’s what’s in their homes. And yet year after year, Stacey seems to be the one with the least amount of issues or the shortest duration when a new strain is introduced.

With statistics on the rise and western medicine attempting to create new drugs and methods to treat the chaos, isn’t it time we look to what has actually worked in cultures around the world? If we want healthy children and healthy homes, we don’t need to look any further than the total wellness home of Nikken. Our daughter Addis has struggled with low iron levels since we brought her home from Ethiopia almost 8 years ago. By making some simple changes including more KVB and a Lactoferrin every other day, our pediatrician gave us the report last week that her iron levels are no longer a concern. Thank You Nikken!
