Exchanging time for money and Julie Clark on Saturday AM Live!

Click Here to Listen to Julie Clark, Vance and others share great ideas.

Look [below] at the nice email I just received from Dennis Williams!’ was the start of Julie Clark’s email. From there she bubbled over with excitement about sponsoring her third Direct this month and earning more chances to win $1000.

Julie is who I refer to as our Autoship Queen. She set a goal to develop 100 Autoship Customers to generate what she refers to as her travel money. While she’s working on achieving that goal she’s learned a few things as to how to attract, acquire, and maintain Customers.

Julie will share her story briefly and then we will open the lines for your questions as to how we can earn $500 per month from a healthy Customer base.

Exchanging time for money
‘You need to be careful or we might have to cut your pay. Oh wait! You’re a volunteer like me and since we already don’t pay you, I guess we can’t do that.’

This was the humorous conversation between the director of the Portland Police Sunshine Division and the CPA. This organization collects donations which are distributed to those in need who meet a certain criteria. They also do a major Thanksgiving and Christmas giveaway which has impacted those in need for dozens of years.

My day yesterday started at 4:45 so I could enjoy some quiet moments before waking Addi at 5:30 in order to be at the Sunshine warehouse by 7:00. It was our turn to pick up any surplus items that they had too much of to be transported to our community food recovery organization called Helping Hands.

While I won’t bore you with the entire days events, not one thing I did from 4:45am till 10:30pm was an exchange of time for money. And at the same time I was able to invest in several people who’s lives were impacted and will bring a reward to our family in the future. Sometimes we don’t always see an immediate return on our time investment, but sowing seeds of kindness will always yield a nice return down the road. And as Dennis Williams taught me years ago, ‘If we could pay our bills on the nice feelings derived from helping people then wouldn’t that be neat?’
