September 26, 2015 Rogers Kaizen Mentoring Call #32



Vance emailed this week: "As we finish up the first nine months of Nikken 2.0, I'm quite excited about what lies ahead.  When we look back at what the mentoring process has accomplished as well as the Quality Enrollment program, I am absolutely thrilled at the steady growth in our team.  There are several things that were shared on this weeks leadership call that I want to highlight and hear from those of you who are creating the stories that motivate us all.

Are you ready?

Next Thursday starts a whole new cycle for Nikken.  There is a sense of expectation brewing for October 1st almost like Christmas morning for a young child.  Well, maybe it’s not that strong, but it's definitely starting a groundswell.

Ben Woodward will kick off the month with a special call for Platinums & above and then we'll have the regular Field Kick-Off call at 6:00 that night.  If you're interested in having the best intel to share Nikken with others, then this call will be a must.

Based on what Ben shared last March in Orlando at the 40th anniversary convention, we're expecting some significant enhancements to the website and a simplification to the Quality Enrollment program.  And then later in the month in San Antonio we'll have some new products to really spice things up.

I think the key is letting both our Customers and Consultants know that new things are coming.  It's hard to imagine things much better than what we have, but research always improves both our product offering and the ability we have to present it to others.
