I'd never received a hug of gratitude quite like that one. And then there was the comment from a friend at breakfast the other day. The new statistics continue the trend of a heavier nation.  While 30% of men are overweight, 35% of women are carrying extra poundage.  This makes the numbers look better because it doesn’t factor in those who are obese which sends these numbers over 70%.  Some states are voting in new bills to mandate better labeling or even a sugar tax.  While our nation continues to grow(not in healthy ways) our lawmakers are grasping to keep things in check.  Will enlarging the print or making us pay more for unhealthy items get us on the right track?

Refusing to share Nikken with people when a need is presented is an automatic failure. We'll face rejection time and time again, but if we don’t at least ask a question, then the answer is already 'no'.

What I've found most rewarding is connecting with people who don't wanna go the conventional route of drugs and surgery, but instead give their bodies a chance to heal naturally. One of our daughter's friends falls into this category when she was facing injections into her hip to deal with shooting pains down her leg. I saw her last night and she said with a brilliant smile, 'People keep asking me if I've got a book in my pants when they hug me. I tell them it's a magnet from Kenna's dad and it totally took away my pain!' 

Kenna asked me three weeks ago if I could help Kennedy. I simply told her to go get a MagFlex and share it with her. When I met her mom last weekend, she was so excited that she registered as a Customer and ordered $200 worth of products.

They made a few changes like eliminating a popular allergy medicine and started using the Wellness Home Solutions and miracles happened rather quickly. Just another validation that we are loved from above and have the need to share these solutions with those around us that are open to change. She also shares how increasing the emphasis of retailing products has been a welcome benefit.

Yesterday, I was talking to a young man who was helping us with some garden work, and when he asked me what we do for a living, I shared a little about Nikken. His interest really perked when I mentioned something about using Magnetics for health.

I learned that he was a Nursing student, and had been trying on his own to learn about "Complimentary Modalities" for health, and especially the use of magnets.

‘Tell me about this customer program!’

The last few weeks of school have seen one MagFlex floating around our Middle School amongst several of the teachers. All it took was one of them to mention her back condition and the rest is history. The speech specialist was the last to use it and she was hesitant to give it back without me promising to follow up.

With kids running around everywhere, I did my usual 10 minute intro to Nikken today on the last day of school. The fact that she already experienced the product made it much easier so it didn’t take any convincing to get her excited about the customer program.

When we let the products do the selling for us, I think we’ll find it fun and exciting to share the benefits of the customer program. I love telling people that they can get all of our consumable products cheaper than I can as a consultant. It was after I answered her questions about being a customer that she mentioned she was familiar with network marketing and could see the benefits of sharing this with others. My response... ‘Let’s get you plugged as a customer first and then we can talk about what I do as a consultant.’

‘Money doesn’t buy happiness, but it can buy you a cow. Since cows produce milk and ice cream comes from milk, in a sense money can bring happiness because ice cream always makes people happy.’

I couldn’t help but think of this truth while walking through the ghost town of Shaniko, Oregon yesterday. It’s not so much what we purchase with money, but the feelings that are created in the exchange process.

The same concept can be applied to what we’re seeing happen with our shift to a Customer driven business. When we introduce people to the life-changing results of the Nikken products, the very result of this experience is often joy or happiness. Eliminating discomfort or an increase of energy is the desired result and in exchange for that, we gain both the profit from the Customer sale and the gratitude from them.

So money may not buy happiness, but it can buy a changed life. And any amount of time invested in introducing others to Nikken will create changed lives.

'New signups are getting checks! The number of retail customers is exploding and the average Silver check is double what it was a year ago. More people are getting a check and they’re getting it sooner!

The backbone of this business is Silvers, and “a rising tide raises all ships” – this is good for new people and it can be fantastic for anyone active in leadership. “Active” is the key word. This is an exciting moment for anyone who chooses to be active and in the game.

Moving away from management and personally seeing new people about Nikken is not hard to do once you start doing it again. It’s fun and doing this alone will change everything in your business. There is plenty of time to find, identify and develop personal Silvers by our San Antonio event. Certainly two first level by the end of the year!


I am in awe by what can happen when you contact someone, and follow up. I just made a follow up call to a lady I just met last week who suffered from sciatica and bursitis in her hip. She got a Magduo, Powerchip, DUK tape, and is excited that her pain has vanished and she is able to sleep. She owns a beauty salon and has already begun to share!

My belief in the rightness and goodness of our cause is greater than ever.

    Second to none

    Anytime Nikken introduces a new product, we owe it to ourselves and our friends to become students of that arena.  We don’t necessarily have to become experts, but at least familiar with what else is available on the market and what makes ours unique.

    The Nikken Paleo bars have raised the standard once again.  Once you spend a few minutes doing the research, you'll find that no one else has a four ingredient bar.  The bars that other network marketing companies deliver are all overpriced and loaded with junk.  If it sounds like a chemical, then guess what, it's a chemical?  If six of the ingredients are a form of sugar or a sugar substitute, what difference does it make if it's organic?  And regular nutrition bars available at the grocery store?
